Sulek & Dutton Real Estate opened for business March 2008.  Our office is located in downtown St. Clairsville on the corner of East Main and Sugar Street.

This office was conceived by a group of real estate professionals, who embrace hard work, have a powerful work ethic, and the years of experience to show their track record of trust.  

As a group of real estate professionals we have successfully handled thousands of transactions.  Over the years we have been recognized for our accomplishments with awards presented by the Belmont County Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, along with the National Association of Realtors.

Our years of experience along with years of business/marketing education gives us the power to professionally market properties for sale.

We simply believe there is another level of technology and a better way to communicate to the public what we have to offer for sale. We believe that the most important form of marketing or instant comuniciation with our sellers and buyers is our web-site.  Our site was created by a web design company out of Marina del Rey California and we are most excited with the final design.  

Our "Flash Conversion" site allows the viewer to instantly gather information about properties for sale not only listed with our office, but be able to access property information about any home listed with any real estate office throughout our entire area.
